There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio terrace with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. The gardener is on site every Friday. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Shop and pub 0.7 miles, river 0.1 miles, beach 4 miles.
