An idyllic little country house not far from Cologne (3 km from the city limits), perfect for relaxing.

Living room & sunroom:
The cozy furnishings, including a comfortable sofa (recamier) and a 50-inch LED TV with international channels as well as a Blu-ray player (including a small selection of DVDs), ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The dining area is located in the bright sunroom with a view of the greenery.
Kitchen:
The kitchen features a spacious built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
For coffee lovers, in addition to a standard (filter) coffee maker, a Nespresso machine and a pod machine are also available.
Bedroom (Loft):
The cozy bedroom is accessible via a space-saving staircase. Two single beds invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
Bedroom / Dressing Room:
Another bed is located in a small separate room, which also features dressers and an open wardrobe.
Bathroom with Window:
A walk-in shower, Geberit Design toilet, vanity unit with a large mirror, and a towel warmer extend the cozy atmosphere into this room as well.
When the weather is nice, the outdoor area offers plenty of possibilities: Two terraces (approx. 40 square meters) and lawns (approx. 200 square meters) surrounding the house, complete with various seating areas, garden tables, and two sun loungers, invite you to linger.
We live in the front part of the main house on the same property, in a separate building, and are happy to assist with any questions or to help out if you’ve forgotten to buy sugar while shopping.
The country house has a very cozy layout and is furnished to offer 66 square meters of living space, including a kitchenette, sleeping loft, sunroom, and bathroom with shower.
Heating is provided sustainably via a solar-powered air-source heat pump (with a photovoltaic system on the roof).
By the way: not only are bed linens and towels provided, but the beds are already made! ;)
Dishcloths, kitchen towels, and dish soap are all available for your use.
