The space
This listing is for a 3 bedroom penthouse unit at the resort. There are 2 master bedrooms with king-sized a bed and a bathroom with a luxurious walking shower and a giant tub. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and similar bathroom. The living room has an additional full bathroom and a sofa bed.
Guest access
In addition to your unit, you will have access to a variety of restaurants, bars, pools, on-site shopping, lazy river, and the beach.
Other things to note
All inclusive is available for an additional price set by the resort. You can purchase all inclusive for a minimum of 3 days, but all the all inclusive days, must be consecutive.
Resort Fees
The resort charges a service fee of $6 USD per night. The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges an environmental sanitation fee to all visitors to the destination in the amount of 38.00 MXP (about $2USD) per room, per night. These are payable at check out, along with other incidentals.
