Hilton Los Cabos

The staff was the best. They are all very kind, willing to help and attend you. The facilities are perfect and very complete within the property so that you don’t have to go out of the hotel. The location in general is also great because you are right in between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, both 20-25 minutes away. It is also very relaxing because you won’t hear a thing from outside of the hotel.

We loved everything about our stay—from the beautiful facilities and fantastic food to the beach and, most importantly, the incredible staff. The staff truly elevated a great hotel into an exceptional one! We splurged on a room with a private pool and ocean view, and it was absolutely fabulous. Even more impressive was our butler, Carlos, who made our stay truly memorable. He provided helpful recommendations, kept us informed about facility hours and events, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment. Thank you Carlos for everything! We would also like to recognize Josef and Lupe, who brought us refreshing drinks in the heat and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast staff were equally kind and professional, making each morning a pleasure. The front staff were so welcoming and kind...just incredible service! Our room was fabulous, the grounds were stunning and the food was fantastic. We would most definitely stay here again!

Ok, the cost of beer!

Staff were incredibly helpful, positive and kind during our stay. On the first night the door to our room broke and we were given free breakfast for the entire stay and offered a room upgrade to apologise for the inconvenience. Restaurants were incredible quality and servers were friendly and offered great suggestions. Room was spacious and had great amenities, large balcony and lovely toiletries. We were looked after very well and often offered new towels, fresh water bottles, room cleaning etc. As a couple who travel for a living and spend 90% of the year in hotels I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel.

Excellent experience, great location, great food, great staff.

There were a few occasions where the experience felt a little extractive. The pestering to come along to the time share meetings makes the place feel a little cheap / non-premium. It is crazy to me that guests only get 2 hours of free tennis / padel for their entire stay and after that they have to pay - the courts are always empty, why not make it free so guests can enjoy.
