sleeping area with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- separate bedroom with a single bed
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area
- Bathroom with large shower and toilet
Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment conveniently by elevator.
On floors 1 through 4, there are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) on each floor from 1 to 4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
