Welcome to the beautiful and well-maintained 75m² maisonette apartment (Villa Seewind Whg. 18) with two bedrooms, two TVs, W-LAN etc. for up to 4 people + toddler. This beautiful duplex apartment (Villa Seewind Whg. 18) is located in a quiet / well-kept apartment building, only about 8 minutes walk from the beach and the bakery. Just leave the car and explore the coast on foot or by bike. Discover the lighthouse or orient yourself along the Baltic coast. Unwind - the Baltic Sea beach has a beneficial effect in every season. You can expect a maisonette apartment with about 75 m² in 3 rooms spread over two floors for max. 4 people (+ toddler).

Layout of the apartment: entrance hall, storage room, bedroom with two single beds
(2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and TV, large shower room with floor-deep shower, living / dining room with open kitchen with dishwasher and much more. Access to the furnished east-south balcony. Here you can comfortably end the evening hours. Gallery: Bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a reading corner. If you look out the window, you have a great view of the Baltic Sea.
Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine
The apartment is of course a car parking space (number 18) directly at the house. The bicycles can be parked outside in front of the house or in the bicycle cellar. Washer / dryer are available to the guest for a fee in the basement of the house.

The Baltic Sea Dahme (one of 3 seaside resorts) is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn with a 6.5 km long sandy beach to the east. The promenade with 1.5 km invites you to stroll with shops and ice cream parlors. The resulting Ostseelounge with palm trees complete a successful day off. Dahme is located in the sunny region of Germany with about 2000 hours of sunshine. In the north you will find the natural dune landscape with swimming, in the south the steep coast with bird protection areas. The surrounding countryside with its numerous cycling and hiking trails also give plenty of space to move. On the dike you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. Even for children and the young at heart, there are many options for example: playgrounds, skating rink, children's entertainment, children's port, streetball facility, surfing school, mini golf, pedal boats, bouncy castle and much more to fill the spare time. Of course you can just lie on the beach and relax. You see, here is something for everyone
