Large terrace with ocean view: table for 6 to 10 people, 2 recliners with footrests, offset umbrella—ideal for meals and relaxing moments as you watch the sunset 🌅
Second terrace adjoining Bedroom 1, offering a superb view of the Sanguinaires Islands 🌄 — perfect for enjoying the end of the day from the outdoor bench.
🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen
Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, cooler, complete set of dishes (traditional and plastic for children), as well as a booster seat.

And just a few minutes by car: the magnificent beaches of Mare e Sole, Stagnola, Isolella, Ruppione… 🌊
