About this apartment rental
Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the commune of Albitreccia, this charming 134 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, facing Agosta beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 55 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: sofa bed
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, 2 hairdryers, etc.
Exterior:
- A 12 m² sea-view balcony with garden furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture
The flat is ideally located in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are less than 100 metres away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage. There is also a car park behind the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest port: Ajaccio 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport 15 minutes by car

This is a lovely property -- even nicer than the photos. Clean, well-furnished, good location. And the customer service was very very good. We were met in the parking lot as we arrived and given a tour of the apartment in person -- plus she offered many travel tips for local activities. We enjoyed exploring the area and we also enjoyed staying "home" and watching the sun set over the water from our deck.
