Hello, we will be delighted to welcome you to this very cosy accommodation, offering maximum comfort to young and old alike.

This accommodations are located less than 20 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport but also at:
• 5 minutes walk from the Jablines nautical base (walking or cycling, picnic, swimming, pedal boat, horse riding, canoeing ...) and (Rear base of the 2024 Olympic Games, the Jablines equestrian center has benefited from a brand new career).
• 3 minutes from the Carrefour shopping center and its new shopping promenade (Restaurants, Bars, Cinema, bowling, Laser Game, Karting...)
• 10 minutes by car from the city of Lagny-sur-Marne (Bars, restaurants, pedestrian streets and its market ...) as well as its train station allowing you to get to Paris in 25 Minutes.
• 15 minutes by car from the Vaires/Torcy Base (The Olympic base of the Vaires/Torcy leisure island will host the rowing and canoe-kayak events of the games of the 33rd Paris 2024 Olympiad)
• 15 minutes by car from Disneyland Paris park, the large nature village water park, the large Val d'Europe shopping center and its train station (RER A) which serves the following stations: Disneyland park, Paris Gare de Lyon, La Défense, Charles de gaulle étoile...);
• 16 minutes by car from the city of Meaux (Museum of the Great War, Saint-Etienne Cathedral, Bossuet Garden...)
• An hour by car from the city of Provins where you can visit the famous ramparts, the underground passages, the Tithe Barn, the streets of the city...

The accommodation:

The house is located in a small common courtyard in a quiet area away from traffic.

You will have:

• First floor:
• A fully equipped and functional kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine (capsules included), hob, raclette machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper), a dining table, 4 chairs. With a view of the garden!
• A living room, with sofa (Convertible bed – 2 places 140x200), TV, TV cabinet, wifi, fibre optics, TV channel box, Netflix...
• A bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, hairdryer, shower gel.

• On the 1st floor:
• A bedroom with a bed (140/200cm), wardrobe, bedside table and a single bed 120X200 – possibility to add a travel cot on request.
• A second bedroom with a bed (140/200 cm), wardrobe, chair, fireplace.
• A games room with a sofa (1 person or 2 children, a sleeping bag), a table and a large wardrobe.
• A bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, towel dryer, hairdryer, shower gel.
• A dressing room

• Keys are collected by us (arrival/departure)

Not accepted:
• Parties are strictly forbidden
• The accommodations are non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden.

Other remarks:

When you leave, the cleaning must be done: put the laundry in the laundry basket in the bathroom, take out the garbage and clean the accommodation.
The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.

If you have not opted for us to do the cleaning, you will be charged a fee of €150 to the Airbnb dispute department

We are staying 10 minutes from the accommodation, we will be happy to help and advise you when you pick up the keys or during your stay.
