A full renovation was completed in July 2024, so the air conditioning and washing machine are brand new, and the facility is spotless.

It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Soji-ji, Ibaraki City.
From our guesthouse, it’s a 12-minute walk to Hankyu Soji-ji Station and a 14-minute walk to JR Soji-ji Station.
It takes about 30 minutes to reach Osaka’s Umeda and Kyoto’s Kawaramachi from Hankyu Soji-ji Station, and about 20 minutes to reach Osaka and Kyoto from JR Soji-ji Station.

The vibrant blue and gray-blue walls are coated with natural plaster, a popular, body-friendly wall material derived from natural sources.

Nearby, within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets (such as Ropia and Kansai Super), Don Quijote, Daiso, and convenience stores, so you can enjoy shopping.

There is no parking on the premises, but there are numerous paid parking lots in the surrounding area. (Within a 1-minute walk; 24 hours: 400–800 yen)
