Owners were helpful and pleasant, location, convenient pay to park.
Our room had a gap in the door that when the adjacent room's light was on it lit up our room.

キッチンを自由にお借りすることができて助かったのですが、洗っていない食器が夜間にあって、それがとても気になりました。

Location and nice blankets.
We doesn’t feel welcomed by the owner. She rushed through a lot of rules. Some weird ones as well like not using the kitchen in between 9am and 10am. They also took our food from the fridge although we marked out names on it.
The house is also not in good condition. There were a lot of holes in the walls.
