This beautiful apartment has just been completely renovated, so everything is new.
Quiet and pleasant, it is very functional and located in a dead end (no traffic noise). With two windows with double glazing, it is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Fridge, Microwave, Iron, Ironing Board, Toaster, Kettle, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

- 5 minutes walk from St Sébastien/Froissart and Richard-Lenoir metro stations.
- About 20 minutes walk from City Hall and BHV.
- Close to the Bretagne stop (bus 96) which goes to St Germain via the Hôtel de ville and the Île de la Cité.

- 5 minutes walk from Carrefour Market on rue Amelot.
