On the ground floor of the two-storey Kavadias Sea View house there are the Kavadias Sea View 1 and 2 holiday flats next to each other. The 1st floor is occupied by the landlady. On the 2nd floor is the Kavadias Sea View Studio with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Olympus.

The second bedroom with its own terrace has a view of the Mount Olympus mountain range.
