About this house rental
Relax with your whole family in this peaceful, cozy, and stylish accommodation, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach of Leptokarya and overlooking the majestic Mount Olympus—the mountain of the Gods. It is an excellent base for your excursions to the mountains and the nearby beaches of the area.
The space
The property spans two levels (ground floor and first floor) connected by an internal staircase, making it ideal for 2 to 7 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and a large balcony.
The space is fully air-conditioned. In the outdoor area, you will find an outdoor dining set and ample, secure space for our young friends to play freely. We are baby-friendly and can provide a baby cot upon request. On-site parking is also available within the property.
Guest access
The beach is just a short 3-minute stroll away, while the center of Leptokarya is a 15-minute walk. Many of the region's top attractions are located nearby, such as the Castle of Platamon, the archaeological site of Dion, the beautiful beaches of Platamonas, Panteleimonas, Skotina, and Nei Pori, the historic Tempi Valley, and the Pineios River Delta.
The property is also conveniently close to Litochoro (11 km), Katerini (33 km), Larissa (65 km), and Thessaloniki Airport "Macedonia" - SKG (105 km).
Other things to note
There is a storage cupboard under the stairs where we keep all cleaning products and extra paper supplies. The first-aid kit and the fire extinguisher are also located in this cupboard. All our linens are white, and you will find extra sheets and towels inside each wardrobe.
Please note: At certain times of the day, there is a possibility of experiencing low water pressure. This is a common occurrence throughout the entire Leptokarya area.
