5 person holiday home in Södertälje

Welcome to an idyll in the countryside outside Södertälje in southern Stockholm, close to both bathing lake, forest and big city. The site consists of a large and flat lawn, perfect for games and play. The plot has many fruit trees and berry bushes, just to pick and eat. The house has a lovely balcony, part of which is open, one with a roof, and a glazed conservatory where it is cozy to sit during chilly evenings. The house is a charming and well-furnished summer house, with a spacious living room with a day bed that becomes a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a small kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a kettle, microwave and coffee maker. On the grounds there is a small guest house with two single beds, there is also a microwave, TV with DVD-player and kettle. There is also a mini fridge. In a separate house there is a spacious wood-burning sauna with a shower. A separate room is in a cozy toilet house next door. All the houses are close to each other and are completely hidden from view due to large trees and hedges. Parking is available next to the hedge. If you want to take a morning dip or an evening dip in the nearby lake, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk. There is both a jetty and a small sandy beach. A wonderful cozy house!
