About this house rental
A grand and lovely holiday home located on the island of Svartsjölandet, which lies approximately 20km away from the heart of Stockholm. The huge and fine lawn is just next to a private shallow beach with bridge and boat. The holiday home has a bright and spicy living area with a modern furnishing. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a living room with big window section and with a lovely view over the lake and Ekerö. There is also a dining area, hallway, sauna and an open kitchen area. The upper floor is an open area with loft style. The holiday home has a large furnished terrace which is perfect for lovely barbecues, where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake and beach. Where you will find fine bathing and fishing opportunities, and if you only want to enjoy the moment you can find peace and relaxation at the furnished pier at the beach. The surrounding area is calm and perfect for pleasant boat trips. Just a few km away you can find some of the best golf courses in the whole of Sweden. There is a riding school located about 1km away from the holiday home. During the winter period there is opportunity to go skating and skiing. There is a cross country ski trail as well ski slope with lift, not far away from the holiday home. The grund is joint, but separate.

Die Fahrt nach Stockholm dauert mit dem Auto etwa 50 Minuten. der ICA ist 1,7 km entfernt, auch die Müllentsorgung ist dort.
