About this house rental

This centrally located, lovingly restored and professionally decorated Beaverdale Brick home at the North End of Waveland Park features two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a spacious, private upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom on the main floor has a pull-out twin couch and can double as a TV room or office. The cozy kitchen is fully stocked, with an adjacent dining room that opens to a three-season sunroom. The basement laundry room includes a shower and bathroom.

We flew in for a quick weekend having never been to Iowa before. The house is close to the airport, but in a quiet neighborhood. Close to all of the downtown sights and an easy drive to Fort Dodge. It is a beautifully restored home with eclectic decor and amazing houseplants. We were actually able to relax with what little time we had here. 10/10, would recommend. I wish we would’ve had our golden doodle with us, because he would have loved it too!

We had a great stay. House was extremely clean and the neighborhood was great. Also house was in a great location for getting back and forth between Des Moines and Ankeny.
