HIBISCUS HAVEN is a midterm rental property offering extended stays of 90+ days, 13 weeks, or 3 months. This is ideal for travel nurses, digital nomads, remote workers, snow birds, and relocating families.
HIBISCUS HAVEN is a charming 2 bedroom/2 bath condo decorated in a tasteful coastal-inspired style. The condo is located in The Gardens at Cypress Bay community in Little River, SC. The walk-up condo (no elevator) is on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood is quaint, and quiet, and not a touristy destination.
The open living room/dining room area is spacious and comfortable. There is a comfortable leather reclining sofa and loveseat, and extra accent chair. There is a counter-height table with seating for four, and two counter-height bar stools. There is new storage cabinet that can be used as a pantry or to store whatever you want. There is large smart TV that is connected to cable. There is also a strong WIFI connection in the condo. There are also magazines and books and games in the living room.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top with oven below, and microwave oven. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, air fryer to help making meals a breeze. There are an assortment of glasses and dishes. Because I LOVE to cook, there are lots of pots and pans, bakeware, and utensils galore!
The main bedroom overlooks a beautiful community pool. The bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress, nightstand, dresser, workspace area, and a walk-in closet. There is a smart TV in the room that is connected to cable service.
The main bathroom has a tub shower combo, and has space in the vanity, medicine cabinet, and over the toilet cabinet for extra storage.
The second bedroom has two twin memory foam mattresses. These can be pushed together to create a "king" bed, if preferred. The room has a night stand, tall dresser, large closet, and double desk with two chairs for "gaming" or working. It also has a smart TV that is connected to cable service.
The second bathroom is in an "L" shape, with the vanity, and toilet on one side, and a large walk-in shower on the other side. This bathroom has storage space in the vanity, in the medicine cabinet, and in the over the toilet storage cabinet.
The balcony overlooks a beautiful pool and a pretty pond, with a neighborhood of adorable cottage-style homes in the background. It is a charming view, and offers a relaxing retreat. There is a high-top table and seating for four, as well as two low rocking chairs.
The pool is open seasonally. There are ample lounge chairs and tables at the pool. There are also two other pools in the community, if this one was closed for any reason. There are also community gas grills on site.

We enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus Haven immensely. The property was clean and well maintained and the condo unit was superbly cleaned, well appointed and very comfortable. Of note the kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything that one would need for a long-term stay. Lori is a gem and an amazing hostess!! The location is well situated for exploring the grand strand shoreline areas in both NC and SC. You will not be disappointed with this selection.

We visited Little River for the first time to visit a friend. It’s a great little town with many great restaurants and bars. Lori’s house was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and plenty of room. It was fully stocked with everything you need which many home rentals don’t have. We were able to check in early and check out late which was such a huge help to us since our plane’s time changed. Lori was available if we needed her, but all was perfect so we didn’t. When we visit again, we’ll definitely stay here.

We stayed here for a girls trip over the long weekend and it was a perfect, peaceful spot. We had everything we needed and more. Great location close to restaurants, stores and the beach. Easy and close access to the pool. Above all we had great hospitality and communication from Lori! We would definitely recommend!
