Great location for what we were there for and the area is quiet

There was a door in the bedroom to the balcony that the lock was broken but the property is getting that repaired and honestly it wasn't a big deal, and for some strange reason the main bed is sitting up on 6-8 inch risers that makes the bed sit really high, which I found strange, but the bed itself is comfortable enough. Overall the place was great for the price and location.

The location was convenient and the place was spacious.

I didn’t like the strong cigarette smoke smell in the entire apartment and the ripped screens making the balcony unusable because there was a bees nest right on it. The king size bed box spring is split one. One side is much lower than the other side making the bed lopsided. Also, the lock from the bedroom to the balcony does not lock.

Property was very nice and clean. Location is very nice.

Maybe this was listed in the comments already and I missed it but smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. Also door to deck from the bedroom did not lock. Was on second floor so wasn’t a big concern but a concern.
