About this house rental
The vacation home is located in a quiet residential area not far from the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. The fresh sea air and beautiful surroundings of Rerik make it an ideal destination not only for summer vacations. You can also relax here in the spring, fall, and winter.
Our vacation home can accommodate up to 4 people and offers everything you need for your vacation. Here, you can truly unwind in your own little haven. It’s located on private property, where a parking space is available for you free of charge. Additional vehicles can be parked or left in the immediate vicinity.
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (such as a stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and, of course, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils
The cozy living room is furnished with a diningand a sofa area. After an eventful day on vacation, you can put your feet up here and relax with a good movie and a glass of wine.
You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the respective bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a dresser, a TV, and storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a wall-mounted toilet, a walk-in shower, storage space, and a window.
Your apartment includes an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy your meals, soak up the sun, or wind down in the evening.
Note: As a vacation guest, you are not permitted to use the garden or any items in it, as it belongs to the rented residence.

All windows are equipped with fly screens.
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: by 10:00 a.m.
Upon arrival, a one-time damage deposit of 200.00? in cash, which will be refunded in cash on the day of departure provided there is no damage.
Please pay the visitor’s tax in accordance with the visitor’s tax ordinance directly on site on the day of your arrival. You will then be given a visitor’s card, which you should carry with you at all times during your entire stay.
Bed linens and towels (linens package) are not provided free of charge. If desired, you can receive the linen package for an additional fee of 20.00 € per person, which must also be paid in cash on-site on the day of your arrival.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 02:00 to 10:00.
