Located 5 minutes from BYU campus. Easy access to I-15. Nestled just below the Wasatch Mountains. Trails within walking distance that connect to the Y! Backyard deck has an unobstructed view of Utah Lake! Shopping and various restaurants minutes away from house.

Upper level contains Master bed and bath with additional bed and separate bathroom. With full kitchen and in-unit designated laundry room. Both kitchen and laundry room has been labeled to help guests find what they may need.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire upper level except garage. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle on far right part of driveway. Street parking allowed from 6am-Midnight. *Home is separated as 2 independent self contained units with separate private entrances. The downstairs unit may be occupied during your stay.This listing is for the upstairs unit.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful property and it was a cozy retreat once again! We love the million dollar views from their back porch, the cozy couch, comfy beds, and the hospitality of the owners. The is in a convenient part of Provo but not in the middle of all the traffic. We stayed here before dropping of our kids at BYU twice, and would definitely stay here again! Mahalo and much aloha to the wonderful owners!

The property is exactly as described. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is well kept. The most beautiful sunsets. Recommend. Aloha and thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the location was great. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.
