It was a enjoyable stay. Very comfortable and safe hotel. Has a elevator to facilitate those with heavy luggage. At night, not so noisy even though the place is quite happening and vibrant at night. Had issues with the shower door and heater but was fixed by their staff. Overall, it is good hotel and would recommend to others.

highly recommend it. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the metro station and Istiklal Street. The room is clean, comfortable, and of a good standard. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and welcoming

It was a good choice for me , very close to Taksim square and the bus stope for airport buses . Very convenient and the room was quite comfortable, warm nice shower . No views from the window but , once you go out you can access the touristic area in a few minutes.

The hotel is lacking in many respects. Wall light hanging off bedroom wall with exposed wires Switch in bathroom hanging off wall with exposed wires. Only warm water never hot water Air conditioning not working properly and told it was a general problem but only repaired when we asked to change rooms. Breakfast was very poor. Not a good selection on offer.Nothing was ever restocked. On a positive note the spa facilities were very good and because the hotel is small it was never very busy. It is definitely not a 8 9 category hotel.
