    They claim 5 star status but 4 is more suitable. Pros: breakfast selection with omelet station, restaurant dinner selection, and rooms. Cons: slow service at bar (inability to make cocktails and no availability of some menu offerings), quality of dinner service (cold/soggy bread) despite multiple repeats of the order, and front desk staff failure to communicate breakfast package to go for very early departures. The latter indicates a failure of or no management in training or processes, I.e., lack of supervision of front desk staff.

    Happy with the stay -- service and amenties are modern and new. Location is good too, near the main square and walking distance to everythign needed.

    Front desk lady was courteous and helpful in trying to give us a good deal considering we booked on the spot. The suite is very spacious and had all the necessities.

    I’m in room 430 & it’s only quiet from 1-5am. There’s no acoustic insulation with the windows & there’s loud siren & Mongolians just love to honk! Bar fridge in the room is also noisy. Had to turn it off. Housekeeping hadn’t clean room after I was out all day & back at 5pm. Arrived at almost 1am & corridor main light was off & they had some sort of Reno with untidy plastic covers. I thought I was in a horror movie!
