Emilia - Stazzema ,Tuscany

The small village of Stazzema is located on the slopes of the Mount Matanna, the village’s territory is delimited by the Apuan Alps on the North-East and the beaches and towns Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi are about 20 km away.
Casa Emilia is located at the edge of the village Stazzema and disposes of a spacious garden (about 1000 sqm) of which a part is wood; there is also a swimming pool, built on a terraced ground (diameter: 3m, deep: 1.20m) with a wooden cover equipped with deckchairs and sun-umbrella. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, wood oven, barbecue, sink and deckchairs.
Parking close to the house, washing machine.
The house has got two entrances: from the back of the house going up the staircase in the garden and entering into the living room or through the main entrance at the front of the house which can be reached by walking along a small pebbled road.
The house consists of: ground floor: hall with big fireplace, living room with sofa and armchair, SAT TV, small dining room with exit onto the garden, built-in kitchen with sink in stone, stove, fireplace/grill, fridge/freezer, staircase to lower floor with 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc/bidet, storeroom.
Wooden staircase to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (one of them can also be a twin bedroom), 1 bedroom with 2 French-sized beds, 1 bathroom with shower, wc.
The garden is equipped with table, chairs, wood oven, barbecue, sink and deckchairs.
Emilia is a plain and cosy house, furnished in country style where some of the original materials such as floors with wooden boards and beamed ceilings have been maintained.

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
