The location was good to most of what we wanted in Seattle. The photos gave me the impression of a boutique hotel but in reality is a motel with some upgrades. My room had a sitting area when you walk in the room, then a very short hallway with an outdated bathroom and the the bedroom. The bedroom could not get cool because the air conditioner was in the front room. The air conditioner was also temperature controled so it would only cool to approx. 75 degrees.
The free breakfast was just a few pastries and some coffee. The TV & internet was down when we stayed and we were told, "Oh, yeah, we've been having trouble with the internet, someone is coming out tomorrow to look at it."
The price is very good. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but not more than one, maybe, two nights.

The grounds are locked at night, keeping out anyone that isn't a guest. Laid back hotel in easy walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and about a 15 minute walk to Pikes Place. Second time staying here and will stay again

Free parking. Staff very polite.
Clean room and bathroom.
A/C a little noise but the main issue for me was the blinds. The room was too bright because of the light entering the room.
Perfect location. I'll consider staying there more times for short stay.

This is an old motor lodge that was bought and refurbished. It’s very clean and has FREE parking. The other hotels in this area charge for parking so that was one of the selling points for me. The location is perfect too you can walk everywhere from there. There are still some old remnants of the old motor lodge like the 50s green tile sinks in the bathroom etc which I find very charming.
