La ubicación perfecta. La habitación impecable.
No me gustaron las cortinas, costaba que entrara la luz. No era fácil abrir las persianas. Los vidrios estaban muy sucios. Me gusta mucho la luminosidad, por eso no me gustó. Sugiero ver mejores opciones.
Tuve problemas con el servicio de maletas. La máquina estaba mala. Luego de un buen rato el hotel me brindó una solución.

O atendimento da equipe da recepção é excelente, são todos atenciosos e solícitos.
O quarto é de bom tamanho, cama confortável e boa roupa de cama.
O atendimento no bar e restaurante é excelente, o Luiz é muito atencioso.
Suficientemente equipado para uso da cozinha.
Usei uma acomodação de proprietário, solicitei um checkin antecipado desde a reserva e não tive resposta.
No período de 8 dias não teve substituição de roupa de cama e banho, nem de amenities.
Não recebi nenhuma mensagem perguntando se precisava de alguma coisa.

TIRANDO O PROBLEMA DAS TOALHAS ( ver abaixo) TUDO FOI EXCELENTE
ATENDIMENTO,, LOCALIZAÇÃO , LIMPEZA, UTENCÍLIOS, ETC......
FIQUE 3 DIAS E SÓ TEVE UM JOGODE TOALHAS. DEVERIA TER PELO MENOS DOIS JOGOS.
TIVE UM PROBLEMA COM A TOLHA E QUANDO PEDI OUTRA ME DISSERAM QUE IRIAM TRAZER SOMENTE NO DIA SEGUINTE AO CUSTO DE 25 REAIS
ABSURDO !!!!!!!!!!! PELA DEMORA E PELO PREÇO
POR CAUSA DE UMA ECONOMIA "PORCA" A AVALIAÇÃO NÃO É 10.
EU NÃO VOLTARIA POR CAUSA DA ECONOMIA DAS TOALHAS.
