Everything was very comfortable. It was well decorated. It was very affordable for being located inside of Houston's most exclusive and affluent neighborhoods. There were a couple of safety items that the unit lacked. There was no fire extinguisher inside of the unit. There was one located outside of the front door, however. Also, there wasn't a single smoke detector inside of the unit.
A couple of non-safety related oddities:
There wasn't a single pan, cookie sheet, Pyrex dish or baking dish to use in the oven. The internet was a. The wifi switched channels incessantly. Perhaps a dedicated line to the building would help ease the bandwidth woes. The speed was no issue when you were able to keep up with the channel switching.
