A spacious apartment with everything you need for your first stay. Termini Station is a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient if you want to travel from Rome to another city. There are two separate bedrooms with doors. Each has air conditioning. It works perfectly. Mattresses in the bedroom are for those who prefer soft mattresses. There's a fan in the common area. We had no problems with hot water.
The water temperature in the bathroom can't be adjusted. You can't set the water to hot or cold. Street noise: traffic drives under the windows at night, so the windows can't be opened. No washing machine Uncomfortable pillows
