Het appartement is behoorlijk groot, goed ingericht en schoon. Rustige locatie, op loopafstand van het meer, waar ook een kleine bar is. Bij het appartementencomplex hoort een prachtig zwembad, dat net open ging (1-6). Het dorp Corgeno heeft een kleine supermarkt, voor een grotere moet je een paar kilometer rijden. Er ligt een fraai fietspad rond het meertje en er zijn ook voldoende wandel mogelijkheden.
Er is een tuin op het zuiden, maar in de volle zon dus minder geschikt om buiten te werken. Er is een weg achter de heg en af en toe hoorde je een auto. De andere mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten is op een kleine patio naast de keuken. Deze grenst aan andere tuinen maar daar zag ik bijna niemand.
