In the hamlet Cuirone 4 km from the centre of Vergiate, 9 km from the centre of Sesto Calende, 12 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Vergiate" 5 km, grass beach "Lago di Comabbio" 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 12 km, Comabbio 7 km, Varese 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
