For our purposes (large group of adults wanting to ski) it was a perfect house on a perfect place.

Very spacious house. Everything was perfectly clean and prepared when we arrived. The furniture is not so new, but for our purposes everything worked pretty well. We were a big group of people (company on a skiing trip) and we already have experience with many similar houses in Austria and this was one of the best. We liked the double-bed rooms (some of them are walk-through), the cinema hall, the sauna..... The house looked just as on the photos, so we got exactly what we reserved :-)

The communication at the beginning of our reservation was not very clear. At some point we were afraid if everything is ok with the reservation. But when we were already in the house, the housekeeper was helpful and and everything was ok. Just note - the room with billiard is too small, but it was rather funny :-) And maybe there could be room to store skis and snowboards, but that is just a minor thing.

Het huis is geweldig voor grote groepen.

Een geweldig groot huis geschikt voor meerdere gezinnen, families of vrienden. Het is een functioneel huis met als extratje een poolbiljarttafel, een bioscoopruimte en een saunacomplexje. Het huis bestaat uit allemaal 2 persoonskamers, waarvan sommige verbonden zijn met een tussendeur. Andere kamers hadden achter een gezamenlijke toegangsdeur, een eigen toegangsdeur naar een 2 persoonskamer. Per 2 kamers deelde je een badkamer. Ook waren er een aantal 3 persoonskamers aanwezig. Veel slaapkamers hadden nog een leuk zitje op de kamer voor privacy. Daarnaast waren er 2 gezamenlijke stuben, waar je kon zitten om te eten of om een spelletje te spelen. De keuken is niet groot, maar zeer functioneel. 2 vaatwassers, 3 kookfornuizen, met ovens en 3 koelkasten en vriezers. Het skigebied was binnen 7 minuten rijden te bereiken. Het huis en het skigebied is ons als familie en vriendengroep enorm goed bevallen.

Budynek dla dużych ekip narciarskich - idealny

Kameralność. Cały budynek do własnego użytku. Baaardzo blisko do wielu stoków. Duża jadalnia, duża kuchnia, sala kinowa - wszystko jak najbardziej sprawne, wygodne łóżka, bardzo duża przestrzeń dla każdego, duże tarasy. Bardzo uprzejmy właściciel.

Prima locatie in Kirchberg. Hier hebben we een geweldige week gehad.

Er kan snel al iets beter, maar voor een week was dit onderkomen oke! Met 23 mensen en voor 23 mensen een goede locatie.

Für große Gruppen mit Kindern ein sehr passendes Haus.

Der viele Platz und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen.

Es wären ein paar Dinge zu reparieren,Stühle,Herd,Saunaliegen …. Eine gründlichere Reinigung wäre angebracht.
