Location was perfect as it was only 6mins away from Nga Puna Wai Fields as we were there for as rugby league tournament. Countdown and New World were only few minutes away which was also very convenient
This is more of a recommendation than a dislike. I would recommend thicker blankets. There was spare ones around which allowed us to double up.

Was a great location for us to get to the event.
Nice quiet neighbourhood with walkable streets and playground for the kids. 2min drive to new world and food. Spacious lounge and kitchen. Plenty of room.
There was only one comfortable bed, all the rest were quite hard and not for us unfortunately. No aircon in rooms or fans, was very hot.
