It was close to the airport

The location was brilliant, close to a supermarket and central to everywhere that we wanted to go. The house was very clean and well laid out. There was plenty of off-street parking and the cycle trail was right outside the front gate. It would have been nice to have a secure area for the bikes - the shed had no door and the conservatory door did not shut or lock.
There were not enough plates, glasses and cutlery. We had 6 staying and since the house sleeps 9, expected to have at least 9 of everything. The fish tank was very noisy until we topped up the water in the tank.
The cupboard door in the kitchen where the rubbish bin is, was hard to open and did not close.

Location was great - close to the University and supermarkets. A bit of trick to find as the entrance is right by the lights on a busy road, but once you know it was fine.
The host contacted us part way through our stay to ask us to pay for extra visitors that they had seen on the cameras. We did not have any extra stay the night, they just stayed later than 11pm. The request and information that they were watching us come and go was unsettling and while the house was very nice and the location great. We would not stay here again.
