Affordable place, very polite and helpful owner who was available on call at all times. Accessibility to the city from this place is good too.
There was heavy water seepage in the kitchen due to rains. The bathroom did not have a wash basin which was inconvenient.

Right on the sunrise beach, close to the sea.
There was lot of garbage dumped around ofcourse it's not the fault of the property, but it impacts your stay.
There is no separate car parking at the property, the beach cricketers damaged the car while playing, which affected the trip mood.
