Joli studio au cœur de Paris

The location is exceptional, in the heart of a vibrant area, with so many shops and restaurants, but set back the street so relatively quiet for Paris. It is modern and its cooking facilities were sufficient for us to prepare meals. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent with ample hot water. I note people have commented on the noise due to people walking / climbing the stairs outside the apartment. It is true this occurs but it was very limited during our stay and didn’t affect our sleep at all.

The property could be a 10/10 with a little TLC that wouldn’t cost a lot. The toilet had a leaking washer so a constant drip. This was annoying but easily fixed by turning the water off at the tap, but would take nothing to fix properly. The washing machine didn’t work. We were advised it has a water leak. Again not a big issue as there are laundromats nearby but another example of a small problem that needs fixing. Finally the couch is tired and needs replacing, I see other say it’s not usable, we didn’t find it to be so bad, but a new one would be cheap to replace and greatly improve the quality of the apartment.

The location is great. On first glance, everything looked lovely. The host was good, gave me check in instructions just in time. Felt safe to be there by myself. It’s secure and near several metro stops and restaurants etc. I needed to be in the area for the wedding at the 10th arrondissement town hall. It’s a direct metro to Gare du Nord and equally walkable too. There are enough power outlets, hooks behind the front door, a wardrobe and an iron. I took my own hairdryer. The fridge is useful for storing drinks etc.

It’s need a little TLC. I didn’t cook or eat there. The sofa is decorative only. It is ground floor - people are not considerate about noise - slamming their cases up and down the stairs at all hours. The space is as seen so I used the kitchen counters as a make shift dressing table. The bathroom is small, shower was great with hot water. It’s an internal bathroom so gets steamy. Take your own toiletries.

Аппартаменты находятся на 1 этаже, стоят прямо на земле, из-за этого очень холодный пол. При заезде в квартире было очень холодно, радиатор прогрел комнату через часов 5-6, приходилось ложиться спать в одежде, после такой ночи начали заболевать. Нет микроволновки, отсутствует шторка для душа(абсолютно все вокруг мокрое).
