In a great neighborhood surrounded by excellent restaurants, I had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I was within walk-in distance of shops, restaurants and really nice food shops. Not too far from bus and metro too, I highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again for everything! Had an amazing stay!

Great area with lots of cafes, restaurants, and stores around. Fairly quiet at night. The only small issue was that the shower room would stay very damp due to not having good moisture extraction and subsequently smelled very damp. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

The place was great and it had all the amenities. The area is naturally noisy but the windows do their job well. The cleaning lady and contact person were very nice and accommodating. I would just suggest replacing the sofa-bed as it sinks in the middle a bit and can be uncomfortable if 2 ppl are sleeping there. The shower room need to stay closed at all times due to the drain smell (it's an old building) but once it's closed you don't smell it. The WC/broom room is a bit tight for people over 6 ft. Even with all that feedback I found it a great value for money (location, clean, amenities, owner).
