Good facilities in the apartment. Comfy beds and great shower. Beach towels were a bonus. Great location 50 metres from the beach and promenade. Two sets of keys was useful. Good communication with the owner.
No heating or air conditioning that we could see. However, we didn't need these.

Location is awesome! All restaurants are closeby and its about a 100m to the beach. The apartment has good amenities and its clean. Value for money is good. Eventhough we had to leave the apartment at 1030, we were able yo leave our luggage there untill 1400. If you rent a car, there is a small parking hall nearby. The apartment is also bigger than it appears in the pictures.
The ac was disconnected and therefore the apartment was too hot. The checkout time is said to be 1030-11 in our reservation from booking.com. in the apartment there is a note saying checkout is at 1200. But the day before arrival we received a message that the checkout is 1000. The info sheets in the apartment were in spanish, german and french, none in english. Daylight never gets inside the apartment, but it doesnt matter if you spend your days outside.
