Location was excellent. Within walking distance of downtown. Free off-street parking was great. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great views of the waterfront from floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedroom. Appreciated having a coffeemaker, coffee, and refrigerator. Also appreciated that bottles of water were provided. Having a powder room in addition to the full bathroom was a nice luxury.
The hallways in the building are dingy, in need of fresh paint and new carpeting. But our apartment and the lobby was pristine. So perhaps the hallways will be next.

This is a condo they don't supply breakfast
Location downtown was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants
Its Not 5 star 3 star no security on property including no property cameras for parking area back entry doors not secured for private entry thou the address is right .the Waterfront Haven is not the name of the building
it's the Edison Grand!!! the front desk is only open during daytime weekdays only .
