Location-right in the river district and downtown Fort Myers
A few small things. Poor signage in the parking garage and no instructions in the unit for coffee maker, convection microwave etc

The building itself is nice. It smells like a spa. The location was ideal and the front desk staff were so nice and accommodating. Nice gym and pool area.
The owner of the apartment did give very good instructions on how to get into the building and apartment.
The apartment in which we stayed wasn’t clean. There was a blood stain on the comforter of the bed. The living room area had crumbs and dog hair on the carpet and couch. There was hair in the shower drain from the previous guest. I messaged the owner and got no response.
