Fantastic flat, excellent location, brilliant host

A really fantastic flat in an excellent location - we were very comfortable, it felt like home with many individual touches. Bedroom and lounge were lovely, with lots of power points and side tables. Strong WiFi, and a big TV. The kitchen was fully equipped so you could easily self-cater if you wished, along with a washing machine, and the shower was excellent. Above all, we really appreciated the detailed and helpful information from Andre, who sent his personal recommendations for places to shop, eat and drink, and suggestions for activities during our stay. He really did seem to care that we had a good time.

Uma estadia super confortável, bem localizada e com anfitriões que realmente fazem a diferença

A localização é simplesmente perfeita: ao lado do metrô e rodeada por todo tipo de comércio e serviços. Mesmo não estando no Rio a turismo, estar a poucos passos do Aterro do Flamengo é algo realmente especial - um privilégio para quem gosta de caminhar ou simplesmente aproveitar um pouco de natureza no meio da cidade. O tamanho do apartamento é excelente, oferecendo muito conforto no dia a dia. Os eletrodomésticos são novos, e vale destacar os dois aparelhos de ar-condicionado e os ótimos ventiladores, que fazem toda a diferença. O apartamento é bem iluminado, recebe sol da manhã, tem vista livre e, por não pegar sol da tarde, fica agradavelmente fresco à noite. Ainda assim, nos dias mais quentes típicos do Rio, é muito bom poder escolher entre ventilador ou ar-condicionado, conforme a preferência do hóspede. Mas o ponto alto, sem dúvida, são os proprietários. Eles mantêm o verdadeiro espírito de anfitriões de verdade: atenciosos, presentes na medida certa e realmente preocupados em garantir que a estadia seja a melhor possível.

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado. Existe uma obra na esquina em frente ao prédio, que deve terminar em breve e vai trazer um supermercado novo para a região. Como minha viagem foi a trabalho, isso não me incomodou nem um pouco.

Experiência incrível.

Não tenho palavras para descrever minha experiência no apartamento e a receptividade do anfitrião Andre. O apartamento é ótimo (cozinha funcional, chuveiro quente, cama e sofá confortáveis). André foi muito gentil e prestativo durante toda minha estadia, seja deixando café e bebidas para meu consumo, seja oferecendo dicas gastronômicas e culturais, ou até mesmo liberando a garagem para que eu estacionasse gratuitamente meu carro após minha estada no imóvel ter sido encerrada. Recomendo!

Tudo ótimo

Gostamos muito da posição e do fato de ter garagem inclusa. Os proprietários foram muito profissionais e atenciosos e deram suporte em todas as etapas. Também encontramos algumas bebidas na geladeira (coca cola, cerveja etc), cápsulas de café e sachês de chá que nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos desde o primeiro momento. O apartamento também é bem silencioso, apesar de estar em uma região movimentada e em um grande condomínio.

Adorable !

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier CATETE et très sécurisé. L'appartement est un cocon idéale, bien fournit et si très bien décoré. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec mon compagnon, nous avons pu vivre comme si nous étions chez nous. De plus, André et Alexandra ont été d'une gentillesse infini pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
