Well, the place location speaks for itself
You sit and watch Sevan lake and mountains across
Or even don't get out of bed to have a view
House is little but brand new and has just everything you need
You can swim at the beach (if you are not afraid of cold water), but also rent a paddleboat
I don't want to be picky but reading lamps should be added
And one pot more and cutting board i the kitchen are needed

The place was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was organized and well-prepared. A special thanks to Mamikon for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always helpful whenever needed.

Хорошее расположение, уют, хорошие обогреватели и горячая вода, отличная кровать и активная забота хозяина о нашем комфорте, хороший телевизор и наличие вай-фая, белоснежные и свежее белье и полотенца. Сами домики стоят на берегу небольшой бухты, поэтому здесь меньше ветра, чем в большинстве мест на Севане.
Пришлось перемыть посуду при заселении, часть оказалась чистой только на первый взгляд (следы масла на сковородке, несколько чашек со следами чая).

The owner is jovial and met me personally. I appreciated that. Nirok is a fairly new place, you have a view of the lake, I felt comfortable there and I slept well in a big bed. There is also a menu in the cabin where you can order good and affordable food. For those on foot, you can use a footbridge over the highway to get to the city center. No problem.
The first day there was an excavator that worked for 4-5 hours. Very noisy. But this passed and has nothing to do with the big picture.
