Great!

Location was great. Bus stop, train station and the market was in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The check on and check out was very easy. There was a skii room which made so easy to keep the skiis and the boots.

Klein, maar mooi appartement op een toplocatie

Nieuw appartement op een toplocatie midden in het dorp en vlakbij het station.

Er was maar een lage stoel.

Fijne locatie in Kirchberg voor wintersport

Schoon en comfortabel appartement, ruime badkamer, zeer complete moderne keuken. Skibus op korte loopafstand, moderne opslagruimte voor skimateriaal. Check-in is gemakkelijk via de sleutelkast. Bij vragen snelle reactie. We komen zeker terug!

Parkeren: Ondergrondse garage heeft slechts 6 plaatsen die permanent bezet waren. Tegenover appartement enkel betaald parkeren voor maximaal 2 uur. Naast het appartement is nog 1 plaats (met laadpaal!) echter is de oprit dusdanig steil dat ik zelfs met mijn SUV met de bodem van de auto de grond/drempel raakte. Zelf (kosteloos) gebruik gemaakt van de door het appartement gereserveerde plaatsen in de Pollmühle garage, 5 minuten lopen maar prima geregeld als extra ruimte en gegarandeerd plaats. Kamer: kapstok in het appartement was makkelijk geweest!

Wekend w Kitzbuhel Alpen.

Obiekt położony w centrum Kichbergu, mimo to jest zadziwiająco spokojnie , 100 m od przystanku ski-busa także do Ski Welt, więc samochód może pozostać w garażu, 50 m do marketu. Apartament nr. 9 dla dwojga na drugim piętrze , dojazd windą z poziomu garażu, co bardzo ułatwia przyjazd i wyjazd , wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt.

Garaż dla połowy mieszkań, pozostali muszą parkować na parkingu po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Super verblijf goed gelegen in het centrum van Kirchberg. Zeer tevreden.

Super leuk gelegen recent gebouwd appartement. Vriendelijke beheerder die zeer behulpzaam is.

De vaatwasser werkte niet naar behoren. waarschijnlijk een verstopte pomp welke door de hersteldienst zal hersteld worden.

Sehr Gerne wieder! Haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Alles komplett neu. Stuhlbeine mussten noch festgeschraubt, Lampen eingesteckt, Küchengeschirr entpackt werden. Ausstattung gut. Zweiter sessel wäre schön. Lage super. Ruhig gelegen. Ambiente nett. Treppenhaus sehr komfortabel und geräumig, mit Lift. Skiraum mit eigenem Spint im Keller - Top! Vermutlich durch Betriebaufnahme an einigen Ecken noch etwas hakelig.

te klein voor een gezin

Mooie en nieuwe woningen.

Woning was goed maar niet geschickt voor 2 volwassene en 1 kind. Toen wij de reservering hadden gedaan was het voor de gezin. Plek was te klein.

Mimoriadna spokojnosť.

Skvelá lokalita. Prišli sme na preteky v rámci Svetového pohára v zjazdovom lyžovaní a tiež zalyžovať si v jednom zo skvelých rakúskych stredísk. Keďže priamo v Kitzbűheli už nebolo ubytovanie k dispozícii (minimálne nie za prijateľné peniaze), táto lokalita sa ukázala ako skvelé východisko na lyžovačku aj preteky SP. Apartmánik neveľký plochou, ale nechýba tam nič. Skoro ako doma. Veľmi pohodlné spanie - postele, matrace, posteľné prádlo. Perfektne vybavená kuchynka. Malá vzdialenosť k zastávke skibusu, ako aj k železničnej stanici, odkiaľ na preteky premáva dostatok vlakov, ktoré priaznivcov privezú priamo pod zjazdovku Hahnenkamm. Garáž + lyžiareň v suteréne domu. Pekná terasa s výhľadom na hory, nábytkom a pohodlným visutým hojdacím kreslom ako bonus.

V žiadnom prípade to nemá byť negatívum, skôr návrh na zlepšenie. V kúpeľni by sa zišli vešiaky na uteráky a v sprchovom kúte polička na odloženie sprchovacích potrieb.
