Fine. Once the appartement is done we may come back.

Spacious apartement! Good coffee machine. Recycling of trash (although no instructions on what to do with it later). Free parking on site. Nice location, walking distance from the downtown area. Communication with host via booking which went pretty good.

Bed was not good, poor mattresses + sleeping couch was old (host did bring an additional mattress once requested). The shower was good but there is no fan so steam cannot go anywhere (we opened the window + turned on the electric towel-heater for dry towels the next day). Also the stop in the bathroom sink did not work. Nothing on the walls. Outside still under construction, which we knew, but it did not allow us to sit outside due to the unfinished deck - which is attached to the living room so this was really too bad. We had to ask about the Wifi code, there was no list of instructions or welcome folders (or information about the free Guests Cards which allow you to use public transportation for free + give you discounts in different places). Also kitchen was incomplete. I did give the host a list of tips, hopefully she will follow up on them... I never met the host though. Also too bad the bathroom + bedroom offer the nice views of the valley/Kirchberg while the kitchen + living room offer a sight into the woods which are pretty close to the attached deck.

Everything was as described, it is quite large apartmen well equipped, all we need was in. The place is not far away from the downtown. We used to go to the ski slopes by car, not which are not far away /Kitzski & Weltski/. It is quite place suitable for families with children. Parking next to the apartment.

Ultiem genieten tijdens een weekje winterport!

Een geweldige locatie direct aan de rodelbaan en met idyllisch uitzicht op Kirchberg. en wat een heerlijk familieappartement! Moderne, stijlvolle badkamer inclusief regendouche, lekker luxe en een zeer volledig uitgeruste keuken. Erg genoten en ook nog eens alles in kerstsfeer, wat een sprookje! Gastvrouw is voor vragen goed bereikbaar en reageert snel! Heel erg bedankt, we komen zeker graag nog eens terug!

Die Enttäuschung

Der Besitzer ist immer in Kontakt

Vor allem – es gibt Staub, überall! Ich und mein Kind haben eine Stauballergie und wir haben uns in diesen Apartments schlecht gefühlt. Die Holzmöbel sind alt und unbehandelt, sind Spuren von Schädlingen, was sehr unangenehm ist. Die Holzprodukte benötigen definitiv eine Renovierung, sowohl chemisch als auch mechanisch! Auch mit der Bettwäsche hatten wir kein Glück, sie war alt und unansehnlich, das Laken auf dem Sofa hatte Löcher. Zum Kochen war zwar das gesamte notwendige Geschirr vorhanden, aber leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Dunstabzugshaube! Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Fassade des Hauses renoviert wird, aber das sollte keinesfalls die Sauberkeit und Qualität des Wohnens im Inneren beeinträchtigen!

Excellent sejour

Proprete, proximite +++ des pistes de Kirchberg (le chalet est au bord d'une des pistes), et 8 min en voiture de Brixen im Thale. gentillesse et disponibilite de l'hote. Chalet bien decore et renove avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un tres bon sejour.

Sehr gute Kaffeemaschine mit gutem Kaffee

- Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren tief durchgelegen. - Das Ausklappbett im Wohnzimmer war völlig unbequem. - Für uns nicht von Belang, da wir auf der Durchreise waren: Im Schlafzimmer stand ein antikes "Holzteil", was man auf den ersten Blick als Schrank bezeichnen könnte. Weder war der Schrank vernünftig zu öffnen oder zu schließen, noch konnte man von der Aufteilung her sinnvoll Sachen ablegen: unbrauchbar. - Es gab keinen Fön - Es gab kein WLAN - Bewegungsmelder im Eingangsbereich erleuchtete sofort auch den Schlafbereich, sodass man nicht ungestört schlafen konnte, sobald man nächtens auch nur kurz aufstehen oder ins Bad wollte: völliger Unsinn! - Wir wurden auf Fassadenrenovierungsarbeiten im Vorfeld hingewiesen, aber auch, dass dies keine Beeinträchtigungen auf die Wohnung habe. Verschwiegen wurde, dass der Zugang nur über eine Außentreppe im dürftigsten Rohbauzustand möglich sei, die mit provisorischen Holzlatten gesichert war.

Kristina ist sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste und die Unterkunft sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Den Tag mit einem wunderschönen Bergpanorama und Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn zu beginnen hat uns sehr gefallen und behalten wir in guter Erinnerung!
