Teyt's Green Haven - 3 BHK

The villa was peaceful / scenic / conveniently located near by to city .The surroundings were quiet, clean, and filled with nature/garden views / ocean views / local charm. It felt completely private yet easy to reach.

The host and caretaker, Mr. Fahad were wonderful—super welcoming, responsive, and helpful with every request. And the management was awesome

Try to provide complimentary breakfast The road conditions to the villa was not good Ambience cleanliness and comfort was superb

Road to the property Tv remote not working No complimentary breakfast

Main thing is privacy. And staffs they have shared each and every details. And check the comforts regularly

The property was spacious but there were no proper facilities like a kitchen, enough cutlery, paper napkins/ hand towel.

The washroom was not clean and the towels were very old and unhygienic. We used a small soap for 3 days and nobody bothered to give another one. The road to the property was horrible and initially,we were told that only 600 mt road is bad but practically it was more than 1.5 km. The road was so bad that even my suv got scratches from the bottom in spite of having a good ground clearance. The dishes and spoons were not enough for a group of 7 people who booked an entire villa of 3 bhk. The 3 bhk was not having any K! That means it was not having any Kitchen! The mirrors were very old and had many black spots on the glass.
