At times it was a bit noisy from the nearby street, but only with the window open on a hot day

I think the towels and toilet papers were not sufficient.

Location is great. Access in the building is pretty easy. Quiet neighbors.

The bed is really small for two adults. The room was not very clean - the sheets on the bed had a hole in them in one corner which made me think they were not cleaned/changed before out stay. Only one towel. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was not clean. We were also given one toilet roll for 4 days :). If you chose this accommodation, buy extras. There was a dead bug on the floor next to the bed. Multiple areas of the room were dusty. However, the worst factor is that there are no bug nets at the windows. The room is very very small so it gets hot in 5 minutes if the windows are not open, there is also no AC, there was a heat wave in Warsaw during our stay. Keeping the window open lets a lot of bugs, flies, and mosquitoes into the room, since there's an opening on the side facing the park. On our last evening there, a queen bee flew in through the window, and we spent an hour trying to deal with it. The property owners weren't responding to our messages asking for help. Price requested by the owners was a joke, not worth the money!
