    Nice stay in the city centre

    Pluses: - they have great daily breakfast - location is near the central train station (about 15 minutes walk) - direct metro line from airport Two points that I will like to highlight: (1) The toilet in my room, the WC takes about 30 to 40 minutes to refill b4 you can flush again. I have informed the staff & they sent someone to hv a look at but it didn't rectify the issue (2) They do not hv daily housekeeping service and it has to be requested. For my 05 nights stay, I had requested for 02 days of housekeeping, which was done as requested however I'm surprised to see that for both housekeeping sessions, the bath towels and floor towel were NOT changed and I had to use them for the whole duration of my stay. Normally one would expect the towels to be changed when housekeeping is done but for this hotel it seems not their practice to do so.

    The rooms are extremely hot and could not switch AC as it is winter and it is automatically set to heater mode. Reception not very helpful. The windows can not be opened due to train noise
