Very cute, newer cabin with gorgeous views of the marsh and lake/river. Great outdoor seating area. Very functional space, nice kitchen and bedrooms. Wonderful location near village and many local attractions.
It’s right on the road and it is a bit dangerous to enter and leave from the garage. It’s also right above the railroad tracks. I knew this but didn’t realize how busy those tracks are. There are actually two tracks next to each other and there are trains that run 24 hours a day. Also, because you are very near a village, the trains blow their horns right in front of the house as they approach the village. The house is very well constructed, there are noise machines and ear plugs in each bedroom, but I still had a very hard time sleeping. I didn’t mind it as much during he day.
