The location is excellent - a short walk to Richmond Station, which will get you everywhere. Cafes in the next block for coffee.

The beds are pretty hard - not much give in them for my old bones! It would have been nice to at least have some milk in the fridge and the basics like sugar, maybe salt, and pepper. The kind of things you don't usually travel with.

It is in a very quiet location yet so close to the city. The kitchen had enough supplies for coffee/tea.

The washing machine didn’t work, cleaning could be better and also better pillows are needed. There was no elevator, so if you have heavy bags it is a mission.

Great location. The apartment was reasonably clean, neat and tidy. Nice ambience and lovely balcony. Clean bathroom, kitchen, toilets. Lovely bedrooms. Garage was excellent and easy to access and use.

There were a few greasy plates, mugs and glassware in the kitchen. Inside Bottom of kitchen bin was dirty. On arrival the post box at the front wasn’t easy to open despite using the correct code and I was unable to close it properly afterwards. I gave the key to the cleaner this morning on his arrival. Very nice Chinese man. Out the front weeds were growing and needed to be removed to give a tidier appearance. Stair case was grubby and needed a good sweep/vacuum. I complained about the heater but I did get it working in the end. It was just not very effective. Liquid Soap was watered down and towels were thin and threadbare.

The location was great.

When we arrived at the apartment, we found the bathroom lights on, dirty towels on the floor and the room not cleaned. The beds were not made and it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Sheets were old and used.
