Great place close to the Cais

I booked this place because of its proximity to the Santa Luzia harbour, which is super close, so great choice for that. The room is actually nicer than in the pictures. It was super spacious and spotless clean. Carlos was an excellent host, communication was easy despite the language barrier and he was super kind all throughout! There's a supermarket right next door, and the center of Angra is like a 5 min walk max. Not a nice neighbourhood for long stays but totally safe and practical to reach the harbour. I would stay again.

Carlos fue muy amable y nos esperó en el departamento con dos cervezas. Se puso a disposición y, en su portuñol, nos explicó un montón de cosas. El departamento es así como se ve en la foto. Es muy amplio. Está en una calle comercial con negocios de repuestos de auto y esos rubros; a unas 3 cuadras del centro centro de Angra. Es un primer piso por escalera! y el dueño del depto es el dueño del negocio que está abajo. Nosotros llegamos de noche y parecía un poco peligroso pero Carlos nos dijo que no; que a donde no hay que ir es al morro. Sólo nos quedamos por una noche así que estuvo bien.

Nada! Si llegan tarde y necesitan cenar, recomendamos "Casa da Picanha", ahí frente al muelle de Santa Lucía.
