Excellent place with wonderful hosts

Really nice place in a great location! The hosts are extremely helpful and reasonable. We had some issues with a cancelled tour and came back for one more night and were very well accommodated. There is fride, cutlery and a little coffee machine in the room. Outside the rooms there is a stove and oven. Overall highly recommended!

It's a great place to stay for a night! Carlos was super nice host, cheerful and ready to help. We left our car rental at his place while we were on the island across, it was great for us.

Do barulho na rua de madrugada. Se você tem sono leve, você não vai conseguir dormir, os carros, motos e ônibus fazem um barulho enorme, pois a janela é de blindex é bem de frente pra rua. Senti falta de um ventilador pra abafar o som dos carros, visto que o ar não fazia barulho. Só essa parte do barulho que foi chatinha. De resto, tudo ótimo!!! Voltarei mais vezes (levando meu ventilador)

Sem dúvida, o diferencial foi a recepção e prestatividade do anfitrião. Sr. Carlos, muito simpático e atencioso, contou um pouco da História da cidade, nos orientou sobre passeios, localizações, alimentação nas proximidades. Não há café da manhã, porém o quarto conta com geladeira, mesa para refeições, pia, varal de chão, panela elétrica, ar condicionado. E há disponível fogão, numa área comum. Limpeza impecável, tudo muito cheiroso. A localização é excelente para quem procura passeios náuticos, pois é próximo ao Cais Santa Luzia, de onde saem barcos para as diversas ilhas. Uma pequena caminhada de aproximadamente uns dez minutos. Há supermercado, farmácia, restaurante bem perto do apartamento. A hospedagem conta com estacionamento fechado e gratuito, praticamente em frente ao local. Ambos estabelecimentos pertencentes ao Sr. Carlos.

Em relação à hospedagem, não temos nada do que reclamar. Uma única observação, a nível apenas de informação mesmo, é sobre a localização. Como fica numa área central e comercial, durante o dia e mesmo à noite, podem haver ruídos de veículos, mas nada que possa prejudicar a estadia.

Anfitrião excelente, mantivemos contato durante o dia pois ia para um passeio e só depois fui pra acomodação. Localização excelente, era feriado então os comércios estavam fechados, mas tudo muito perto, padaria, farmácia e supermercado. Dá para ir e voltar andando tranquilamente do cais.

O ar condicionado fez um pouco de barulho.

Gostamos dessa acomodação, pois tem um ótimo custo benefício , fica perto do embarque pra ilha grande, possuem estacionamento (um diferencial na região) e possuem disponibilidade, pois nos receberam tarde da noite e foi super tranquilo nosso check in e check out

A cama precisa de melhorias , o colchão precisa ser troca urgente , o Box estava bem sujo com resto de creme/shampoo de outro hóspede e por fim não faz parte da hospedagem, mas sim da localização…infelizmente a rua é muito movimentada durante toda noite , muito barulho de moto, pessoas conversando, não tivemos uma boa noite de sono, como foi apenas uma noite ok
